After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to return a product. How does it work?

After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to return a product. Please first contact us at info@mistlampen.nl so we can process your request. You can then send the return to us. We ask you to pack the products in their original box, securely and sturdily, to prevent damage during transport.

Free exchange

After receiving your product, we ask you to check as soon as possible whether it is the correct fit. Does the item turn out not to be right or not to fit your car? Then you can exchange it with us free of charge. Please also contact us first at info@mistlampen.nl. You can then send the item back — again well packed in its original box.

After we receive and check the products, we will send you the correct part free of charge, with no additional shipping costs. It may happen that an amount remains outstanding after the exchange. Are you due a difference back? Then we will make sure it is credited to you within a maximum of 14 days.

Received a broken part?

Less than 1% of the products we ship arrive with damage. This is because we inspect the items for any damage before we ship them. The parts are also packed with various filling materials, secured using our strapping machine and labelled with fragile stickers. If the part is nevertheless received with damage, it most likely occurred during transport.

We therefore ask you to open and inspect your order for damage immediately upon receipt, even if you intend to fit the parts at a later time. What should you do?

• Report it to the courier immediately if it is clearly visible that the box is dented or damaged.
• Send us a photo of the broken part (including the broken-off piece or glass) and a photo of the box, quoting your order number.

Time is of the essence: we are required to report any form of damage to our carrier within 48 hours in order to be eligible for compensation. You may think this is a lot of work, but it allows us to deliver you a new item as quickly as possible.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of it. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example in writing by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the model withdrawal form we provide, but you are not obliged to do so. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
