Warranty

At Mistlampen.nl you can buy quality parts with complete peace of mind. All products are covered by the statutory warranty and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty of the supplier.

Statutory warranty

Under Dutch law you are entitled to a sound product. An item must do what you may reasonably expect of it. If a product does not meet that standard, we will resolve it for you free of charge – through repair, replacement or refund.

Manufacturer's warranty

In addition, many parts come with a supplementary manufacturer's warranty. The duration and conditions vary per brand and are stated on the product page or in the documentation supplied.

What is covered by the warranty?

  • Material and manufacturing defects.
  • Defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use.
  • Normal wear of consumable parts (such as bulbs after intensive use).
  • Damage caused by accidents, modifications or misuse.

Submitting a warranty claim

Submitting a warranty claim is easy:

  1. Get in contact with us with your order number and a description of the defect.
  2. If possible, include a photo or video so we can help you faster.
  3. We will assess your claim and let you know how we will resolve it.
