Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the statutory cooling-off period, without giving any reason. On this page you can read how that works. For the full terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and the Returns & Exchanges page.

14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the product.

How do you withdraw your order?

1. Report your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, preferably via the contact form or by email to info@mistlampen.nl. You may use the model form below for this (not obligatory).
2. Return the product complete, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.
3. The cost of returning the item is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, provided we have received the product back or you have demonstrated that you have returned it. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used to pay.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or ordered specially to your specifications, or to items that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety. This is stated with the relevant product.
