Ordering & payment

The order confirmation is automatically emailed to you as a PDF immediately after your order. Did you not receive it? Please also check your spam or junk mail folder, as an automated email can sometimes end up there. If you cannot find it there either, there may be a typo in the email address provided. Feel free to email us at info@mistlampen.nl and we will resend the confirmation.
You pay securely with Wero (formerly iDEAL), Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (pay later) or Apple Pay. All payments go through a secure connection. More about this on the Secure payment page.
No, cash payment is not possible. Specially ordered parts that are not collected are a major cost. By keeping those costs low we can offer you the sharpest price. You therefore always pay online in advance.
Has your order not yet shipped? Email us as soon as possible at info@mistlampen.nl with your order number. As long as the parcel has not yet left the warehouse, we are happy to amend or cancel it for you.
Yes, with every order you receive an invoice with a VAT specification. Business customers can also order on account — see our Business & B2B page.

Shipping & delivery

Once your payment has been received, we process and ship your order as quickly as possible with PostNL, DHL or DPD. You can find the expected delivery time with each product on the product page.
Within the Netherlands we ship free from € 50,-. Below that amount we charge € 4.95. Delivery to Belgium usually takes 2 working days; you will see the cost at checkout.
Certainly. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email with which you can follow the parcel in real time right to your door.
No, we are a 100% online shop without a physical address. Pick-up is therefore not possible — we ship all your orders. This keeps costs, and therefore your price, low. Questions about your order? Email info@mistlampen.nl.
Yes. In addition to the Netherlands and Belgium, we deliver to various EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Returns & warranty

No problem. You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Return the product unused and complete and you will receive the full purchase amount back, usually within a few working days. See the Returns & Exchanges page for the steps.
Register your return within 14 days via the contact form or by email. Then send the item back undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. The cost of returning is at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise.
All products are covered by the statutory warranty and, where applicable, an additional manufacturer's warranty. We resolve a defect caused by a material or manufacturing fault free of charge. See the Warranty page for details and exclusions.
Once we have received your return or you have demonstrated that you have sent it back, we refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay.

Products & installation

Enter your registration on the homepage or select brand + model. We link to the RDW database and show only items that fit your vehicle exactly. In doubt? Provide your registration or chassis number (VIN) via info@mistlampen.nl and we will find the right part — First Time Right.
Halogen is the most economical option with a warm light colour. LED gives a brighter white light, lasts much longer (up to 30,000 hours) and uses less power. Xenon (HID) provides the most powerful light, but is only suitable for cars prepared for xenon.
Left and right are always determined from the driver's seat — so not when you are standing in front of the car. Left = driver's side, right = passenger's side.
For most cars, yes — often all you need is a screwdriver and a few minutes. With many items we include a short installation guide and link to an instructional video for your model. In doubt? Have it done by a qualified mechanic.
